Reducing Acid Reflux
I turned thirty-one
years old in November of 2016. Mind blowing, because I still remember when I
thought thirty was old. Lol As an author and singer, I am constantly on the
road traveling from one event to another. Many times throughout my day, I find
myself eating garbage that is going to make waist expand. I’m going to show you
one thing real quick that I do every day to help me to overcome my cravings for
junk food when I’m on the road.
Listed below
is my recipe for my health drink.
My Daily Health Drink- Nate Fortner
1 bottle of
water 16.9 oz
Take 1 good
swallow out of your bottle.
Add 1 TBSP
of Raw Unfiltered, Organic ACV. Bragg Vinegar.
Add 1 oz. of
Aloe Vera Juice.
Add a tad
bit of Lemonade to help cut to edge off of the vinegar.
Instead of
lemonade, you may choose to include a pack of flavored water powder.
I also like
to use margarita fruit juice.
If you are
not a huge fan of bitter drinks like vinegar, it may take you some time to get
used to this drink. So, let me tell you about some of the awesome benefits of
this drink.
Apple Cider
Vinegar has been proven to lower your blood sugar levels, provide you with
probiotics, natural antibiotics, and I could continue on and on. I personally
drink ACV because it helps me with my acid refux. As a singer, I’ve been having
trouble singing recently, because acid reflux has been effecting my throat.
When I feel acid creeping up my throat, I can drink a tsp., and it neutralizes
the acid reflux instantly. ACV also helps to alkalize your body which also
prevents cancer. The Aloe Vera Juice helps with digestion, which will also help
me with my personal acid reflux issue. Aloe Vera Juice contains many vitamins
like A, C, E, and B12, as well as minerals like potassium, zinc, and
magnesium. It also has powerful
antioxidants, helps to balance metabolism, promotes oral health, and boosts the
immune system. It has also been known to support normal circulation and blood
pressure. It has also been shown to lower blood sugar levels. Not only do I
enjoy the health benefits of this super food drink, but it also encourages
weight loss and reduces my appetite.

I read countless amounts of books each
year on business Marketing and Promotion. Most of what I read is great content,
but it only tells the reader what to do, but never really shows you how. I’ve
been learning over the past three years of what works and what doesn’t. In my
book, "Success Requires Action," I will be giving you HOW-TO-STEPS that will help push you in the
direction of success! It won’t be easy, and it won’t be overnight! It will
require enormous amounts of energy, time, commitment, and dedication to
hustling your butt off.
I’m not going to sugar coat it for you.
Success isn’t easy. Success isn’t free. Success isn’t given. Success isn’t even
earned. Success is made! Success requires you to work at extreme levels of
intensity! You will never be successful if you don’t bust your butt. If you
think that a magical fairy is going to make everything work out for you, than
you’re horribly deceived. If you say, “God will bless me in His time,” then
you’re already defeated. God has already given you the ability to produce!
Perfect example. If you and your spouse want to have kids, God has already
given you the ability to reproduce. He’s not going to put an infant into your
wife’s womb. He only did that once with Mary. His Son Jesus was the only virgin
birth to ever take place. The point here is that God has already given you the
ability to create success for yourself and your family. God doesn’t hand over
success to those who don’t work their butt off. If He started now, then He’d
have to go back and apologize to Noah when He made him build the ark. He would
have to apologize to Moses for going head to head against Pharoh. He would have
to apologize to all the New Testament Saints who lost their lives for the sake
of the Gospel. I’m not trying to go Bible on you, but so many authors I speak
with have already been sucked into the mindset that it’s all up to whether God
will bless them or not. God has already blessed you! Success is dependent upon
you! The problem with saying God is in control of whether you are successful or
not, is when you fail, you’ll be ready to blame God and say it wasn’t in His
Will for you to be a success. I could quote scripture all day long to prove to
you that God doesn’t bless laziness! God will never bless laziness!
Chances are, when you turn out to be a
complete failure, it wasn’t because God didn’t bless you. It will be because
you didn’t take enough action to get out of obscurity. Again, success requires
you to get your head in the game and work you butt off. Are you getting the
point yet?
Let me put this into perspective for
you real quick. What did you do this week to promote your book or business? How
many phone calls did you make? How many bookstores owners did you introduce
yourself to this week? How many flyers did you distribute around your town this
week? How many newspaper companies did you call or walk into this week and ask
for an interview? How many radio stations did you call this week and ask for an
interview? Did you call every Chamber of Commerce office in your state? Did you
get in front of decision makers? How many articles did you write and distribute
online? How many Church denominations did you speak with?
Chances are, when you turn out to be a
massive success, it will be because you busted your freakin hump, and God
blessed your labors. God has already said that He will give us the desires of
our heart, but He will never bless laziness.
“Your
success or failure will never be because of anyone, but you!”

So, I'm sitting here at the Doctor's office with grandma for a breathing test. Honestly, I hate when the woman at the window gets an attitude problem.

Looked at me like I was a bum, and asked, "Can I help you?" I briefly explained why we were there, and she started popping off her mouth as to why we should've started in the main lobby. Then she said in a horrible Grinch like voice, "Well, what's her name?" Geeze lady! Take a freaking chill pill is what I really wanted to say, but I kept my mouth shut. Why do people think it's okay to treat others with such rudeness and disrespect? After sitting here pondering on this for about 20 minutes, I started thinking about my own attitude. When situations like this occur in my life, I try to use it as an opportunity to check myself out. Am I being respectful to my clients?

http://WhosoeverPress.com Publishing Companies in Alabama, One of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made in growing my
business was to create a catalog. In 2015, I started a promotional product line
here at WhosoeverPress.com My authors were going elsewhere to buy their
business cards, bookmarks, flyers, and other marketing material. I saw this as
I was losing money. I researched and found a way to provide my authors with a
one-stop publishing shop. Publishing, Marketing, Advertising, and Distribution
all wrapped up and ready in one place.
The only problem with my current business plan is that I don’t
have a store front location for my company. I run my company from my home. Yes,
I’m a legal company and I pay taxes, so don’t ask. I do what Uncle Sam requires
of me. When I’m not publishing an author, I’m not making money. When I’m not
making bank, by the end of the month, I may be at your house looking for food.
The point is, not enough people know my company exists. Whether you’re willing
to admit it or not, you have the same problem as me.
This is when I decided I would create and distribute a
catalog to promote the services that I provide as a company. First, I made sure
all my current business clients received a copy of the catalog. Second, I
started at one end of town and worked my way to the other end delivering
catalogs to every business I passed. Currently, I’m still printing and
distributing catalogs. Many businesses I had already been doing business with
were shocked when they found out what all I could do to help them.
I take at least two hours per day walking into businesses
introducing myself as the owner of WhosoeverPress.com. Before I leave, I give
the Owner or Manager a catalog. I also ask them for a business card. When they
give me their card, I give them one of mine in return. Many times in the
exchange, they are so impressed with the quality that they want to order right
then. If they don’t recognize the quality, then I make a last minute pitch
before walking out of their store.
Three weeks ago, I delivered thirty catalogs around town
within a few hours. Before I even got back to my office to start cold calling,
I received a call from the Owner of one of the local Ford Dealerships. He was
calling me after looking over my catalog wanting to do business with me.
Needless to say, just this week, I picked up a check from the same car lot for
over $500.00 on just one deal.

teach the same techniques. Why is it that people think they can keep recycling
garbage that doesn’t work? Out of all the books in the world, where are all the
good ones? When I read a book, I want quality information that I can apply to
my life, my situation, or day right then. I want a book that provides me with
websites, phone numbers, emails, addresses and strategies.
I’ve got two books that I’d like to recommend that have
changed my life. The first is “Free Marketing,” 101 Low and No-Cost ways to
Grow Your Business Online and Off by Jim Cockrum. This book made me feel like a
kid in a candy store. Every turn of the page, I was learning something new.
Each chapter provided me with valuable websites, stats, people to contact, and
so on. It was the perfect book. I contribute much of my business success over

The second book I’d like to recommend is “The 10X Rule” by
New York Times Bestselling Author, international sales expert, sales trainer,
and motivational speaker, Grant Cardone. As the cover states, “The only
difference between success and failure,” is the 10X Rule. I came across Grant
Cardone for the first time in December of 2014, while searching for Zig Ziglar
videos on YouTube.
At first, I was turned off by Grant’s foul language in his
videos. I couldn’t believe this guy had such intelligence and yet had such a
poor vocabulary. While I was turned off by his foul language, I was very
quickly excited by his wisdom. The guy was just spewing knowledge all over my
computer screen. For the next few weeks, I ate, drank, watched, listened, and
devoured any and all content by Grant Cardone. I was visiting my family in the
mountains of West Virginia that Christmas, and I knew I had to have more of
Grant Cardone. I went straight to the mall to purchase his book, “The 10X
Rule.”
Needless to say, Grant Cardone has been a huge business
inspiration to me this year. I’ve doubled my income this year since I started
following Grant online. This upcoming year, my company will more than double

Library of Congress Number For My Book?

http://WhosoeverPress.com Boaz Alabama Publishing Company, Obtaining an LOC# for your book is quite easy. The LOC# is
issued prior to publication, and is for books intended for distribution to
libraries. It’s called the Preassigned Control Number (PCN) and may be
requested simply by visiting http://pcn.loc.gov. You will be required to create an
account, which is easy. Then, you simply request the LOC# (PCN#) by submitting
the one-page application. Typically your number will arrive in your email inbox
within ten days, but usually only takes a couple of days. Make sure you or your
Publisher places the Library of Congress # on the Copyright page of your book.
Once the book is printed, one complimentary copy needs to be mailed to the
Library of Congress.

Always remember that content is king! Content will help you
get discovered. Get in the habit of taking pictures and recording videos. Even
if you’re not a video professional, anyone can record a video on their phone. I
currently own a company where we help other businesses save money by providing
a product they need. I provide it to them free of charge, and I bank cash! I’ll
discuss this in a later post. People need to know that you’re credible, and by
creating videos, posting pictures, and providing testimonials from happy
clients, this will provide a sense of credibility to the consumer. Anytime you post a picture on Social Media, be sure to include a link to your website.
With permission, you could schedule and record great
conversations with people talking about your product or service. Then, you
could add this to your websites, videos, and printed materials. Also consider
creating QR Codes for your YouTube videos, and insert these on your printed
promo products. You can find new prospects just by posting videos. Once you
capture the moment, you must share it, and there’s very little expense involved
with creating content.

HOW DO I GET MORE PUBLICITY?
This is a question we all want answered to some degree. Publicity isn't easy to attract, especially when you have a message you need the world to know. It seems that we fight to get in front of people who can help us, but then when we do get in front of them, they don't commit to helping us become successful. Why is that? It's not their job to help us out. It's their job to report the news! We must be newsworthy if we expect to gain media attention. What is it that you are doing to gain attention? What are you doing daily that the world needs to know about? How are you contributing and making a difference in your local community, and then will that even be enough to get you noticed? The secret to getting mass media attention is to either commit murder in a massive way, or run down the street naked. On the other hand, you could always take advice from Miley and ride in naked on a wrecking ball. The point is, you must be doing something that people remember about you.
I started writing my first book when I was just a teenager. I stated collecting all the information I could that I thought was cool about the Bible. I still have all those files, but I have yet to publish them. However, I have written and published multiple books to date. My most popular book, "Teaching Christians To Pray the Bible Way" landed me some big attention when I announced its release. I was the talk of the town for a little while. As weird as it was, I learned real quick who my friends were, and who just wanted to suck the life out of me. I had haters show up at my house telling my I sucked as a writer, and I should invest in writing a real book. I had enemies coming out of the woodwork. I couldn't believe how badly I was being treated, but I kept pushing forward. I learned a lesson bringing my first book into the world. Not everyone is going to like you! I did have many people who enjoyed my writing, and were truly amazed when I announced that I was writing a book. I even went on to write an additional chapter titled, "Praying Songs" and released "Teaching Christians To Pray the Bible Way Revised and Expanded Edition." This books has become a huge success, and sold multiple copies. I was recently on TV in Atlanta, GA with Babbie Mason teaching on the book, and I even sang a couple songs from my first album. I've been written up in dozens of newspapers, and magazines. While you will learn by reading my blog posts, I'm not the best at all when it comes to grammar. I pay an Editor to clean me up, but on my blogs, you get me from the heart. You get to see me in raw form.
I want to share a website with you! www.World-Newspapers.com This website has proven to be such a valuable asset in growing my career. Make it a point to get on this website, and research each newspaper and magazine that you can find to pitch a story. You may have to dig a little on these sites, but you can get some great contact information. The media is always looking for great new stories and people to write about. You just have to give them something worth writing about. When it comes to magazines, I personally like to email them and introduce myself. I attach my Bio, and let them know that I'd love to be considered for an interview in an upcoming issue of their magazine. This has gotten me quite a few free articles in magazines. Free is good! Does this method work? It has for me, and I've got three magazines doing stories on me right now!
